Meet The Founder
Joshua Mayowa Shodunke is the Founder of Regvola and a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting, technology, and human capital development. Over the years, he has led and contributed to impactful projects across Africa, the United States, and Central America.
Joshua holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Graduate Certificate in Analytics from the prestigious Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington,
DC. His track record includes managing a $7 million project portfolio at Consolidated Edison Company of New York, and previously serving as a consultant with Deloitte, in collaboration with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Tony Elumelu Foundation, where he evaluated over 3,000 Pan-African businesses for a total grant award of $5 million.
He is a Certified International Coach with the Global Entrepreneurship Institute (GEI). Through his JoshPills Coaching Program, Joshua has spent the past decade mentoring and empowering emerging entrepreneurs around the world, helping to shape sustainable business models for startups across diverse sectors and regions.
Joshua’s leadership and commitment to excellence have earned him several prestigious global recognitions. He is a proud alumnus of the Atlas Corps Fellowship (Washington, DC), the Presidential Precinct Fellowship (Virginia, USA), the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) West Africa Fellowship (Accra, Ghana), and the Tony Elumelu Foundation Fellowship (Lagos, Nigeria).
He has also collaborated with several international teams at the Global Enterprise Experience Competition, New Zealand.

Najaatu joins REGVOLA as Business Development Officer, bringing a strong background in customer service from a commercial bank. There, she built a reputation for listening carefully, resolving concerns with patience and accuracy, and earning the trust of clients from all walks of life. Now, she applies that same client-first approach to helping new organizations discover how REGVOLA can support their goals. Najaatu is often the first person prospective clients speak with, and she is committed to making that first conversation welcoming, clear, and useful.

Eluaka Chibueze is a graduate of Mass Communication from the National Open University of Nigeria, and a creative professional from Asaba, Delta State, with over three years of experience spanning journalism, news reporting, sound production & design, and branding.
With a strong interest in creative communication, he specializes in digital design and brand architecture, developing creative and agile workflows that help brands communicate their ideas clearly, connect with their audiences, and achieve their goals. His creative work includes projects such as Storytime for Kids, among others.
Chibueze is the Creative Director at Regvola, where he brings together creativity, strategy, and visual communication to build meaningful brand experiences.
He is passionate about teamwork, accountability, continuous growth, and effective communication, with a commitment to delivering quality work and driving consistent performance.

Juliet Orji is the Social Media Manager at Regvola, where she leads content strategy and brand storytelling across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
She is a Certified Social Media Marketer from Jobberman and holds a certification in SEO Content Writing Mastery from SERP University, bringing a data-informed, search-conscious approach to every piece of content she creates.
Juliet also holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, a scientific foundation that shapes the precision and clarity she brings to her copywriting. Juliet is passionate about helping Nigerian entrepreneurs and SMEs grow their visibility through clear, compelling, platform-native content.
